I absolutely adore their products, but what truly distinguishes them is their exceptional customer service. I encountered a problem with the reverse bulbs constantly falling out. Even though a year had passed, I made the decision to reach out to them, and they promptly resolved the issue. They sent me a replacement set and even checked in with me to ensure everything was satisfactory. Without a doubt, I will continue to be a loyal customer of LasFit!

The customer service was excellent. The bulbs themselves are fantastic, although unfortunately, one of my taillights burned out shortly after the 1-year warranty had expired. However, they replaced the bulbs without any hesitation or inquiries. The new bulb is functioning perfectly. Overall, it is definitely a great value as they are super bright and there is no hyper flash issue.

These LEDs appear to be of excellent quality considering their price. They are definitely much better than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) bulbs for the Honda Civic. The customer service was extremely efficient, as they promptly addressed the issue of one bulb not functioning properly. They promptly sent me a replacement bulb the following day, demonstrating their commitment to their product. I am extremely satisfied with these LEDs.

Their responsiveness via email was impressive, and they were meticulous in handling the entire process.

I recently ordered replacement tail lights for my 2002 Buick Rendezvous from Lasfit. I mistakenly believed that the 1157 bulbs came with a built-in resistor. However, I failed to read the fine print and ended up receiving bulbs without the built-in resistor, resulting in hyper flash. I promptly contacted Lasfit to inform them of the issue, and they immediately issued a refund while allowing me to keep the bulbs. In order to resolve the hyper flash problem, I decided to wire a resistor between the ground and signal wire, which worked perfectly. I reached out to Lasfit to let them know that I no longer needed the refund, but they insisted on issuing it anyway. It's rare to find a company these days that goes above and beyond like this. I have had a great experience dealing with Lasfit, and despite already having all my vehicles fitted with their lighting, I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you, Jim Piltz.
